Swap-out.

For one to change for another defeats the purpose of a relationship. Half of the fun is finding what you have in common and what you can playfully squabble about. Purposes to change don’t matter. It is the idea that you are changing and its a saddening prospect.

Let us come to a conclusion. Don’t change for me. If I wanted someone who liked everything I liked, I would advertise. In turn, I will not change anything for you. I kinda like who I am, the things I do, the ways I think. Makes life more interesting and easier to deal with myself.

And yes. I do want to learn to skateboard. Because it’s just cool.
