Removing the Blind Side
You never really realize how good something is until it's gone.
How cliché. Everyone says it but until you are really able to get the weight of the words by having them happen to you or someone you are closely associated with, do you realize how blatant and sincere they really are.
After talking to my aunt today about something rather horrendous that was happening with a friend of mine, she turned to me, looked me straight in the eye and said:
Prayer is what we have to offer. Prayer is what we must live and breathe on at the moment.
Please. Let Your will be done.

It's ironic, isn't it? How here we are, having a good time, drinking beer and celebrating that a woman has accomplished so much in her nursing career when just 20 minutes by car away, people are suffering from health complications that may prevent them from even thinking about retiring.
Prayer is what we have to offer. Prayer is what we must live and breathe on at the moment.
Please. Let Your will be done.
