Over Thinking.
Potential for the unknown is terrifying.
Trust is necessary for rational thought.
Then why, if I know that trust is important to help ease me from this worry, do I continue to have doubts? Why does it seem clear to me about timelines but not to additional parties, and why is there conflict now?
They say take control of the immediate. Carpe Diem. YOLO. All that stuff... and that makes sense, to live for the moment, but then the inevitable for the future pops into play and there I go again, reduced to bits of over-thinking consciousness with a more substantial need for trust.
Why don't they cover this in philosophy and not an over-use of pain examples?
